Look at the Variable Metadata or View Metadata section in order to get the Source information -- which agency collected the data. The Date is based on the date collection, not the date accessed.

If you are not sure of the name of the dataset, vendor, date of the variable you are using, etc. you can View Metadata by clicking on any data variable in a report. Place your search criteria in the brackets adding a comma between each limiting variable.
