- Customers from Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and outside of the Continental United States and Canada, are not eligible for "free shipping" and would be responsible for shipping costs.
- For shipments that arrive through customs, authorities may choose to charge the recipient. This is rare but out of our control. In those circumstances, the customer will be required to cover any costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays. Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days; however, please allow for additional processing time during special promotions or holidays.
- Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email after your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, public/seasonal holidays, elections, and customs processing (for international orders) may increase transit time. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or disruptions.
- International Shipping: Shipping fees may vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected during checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping Address: For orders placed using credit card payments, the shipping address must match the billing address.
- Late Packages: During high-volume seasons (such as special promotions or holidays) or due to service disruptions with our carriers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your package is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
- Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned to sender (RTS), refused, or unclaimed will be subject to additional return fees.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event of a lost package, we will support the claim process. Please contact us for assistance.
