Job Description:
As an experienced tent installer at U.S. Tent Rental LLC, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient installation and dismantling of tents for our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our reputation for top-notch service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to set up and dismantle tents at various events
- Ensure all tents are properly secured and meet safety standards
- Assist with the loading and unloading of tents and related equipment
- Conduct inspections of tents and equipment before and after each event
- Maintain and clean tents and equipment to ensure a professional appearance
- Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory management when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues
- Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tent installation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of tent installation techniques, safety procedures, and equipment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs or more) on a regular basis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
