Announcing the 2026 USKA Florida Premier Performance Team!
We are thrilled to announce the formation of Team Florida’s Premier Performance Team for the 2026 United States Karaoke Association (USKA) singing season! This elite group of performers represents the very best of what it means to be a competitive karaoke singer—dedication, resilience, passion, and an undeniable love for music and teamwork. Meet the incredible individuals who will lead the team this season: John Shiloh, Phil O’Boyle, Jana Rogers and Jimmy Carter!
Each of these phenomenal singers has been chosen for their extraordinary talent, showmanship, unwavering determination, and commitment to the core values of our team and mission. Here’s how they embody what it means to be a PPT Member:
John Shiloh – The” Heart” of the Team! 
John Shiloh is the “king” of country and is a true performer. John has a stage presence that warms the hearts of the audience and his teammates alike. With a voice that’s as smooth as Tennessee Whiskey, John brings energy and passion to TEAM FLORIDA. But it’s not just his talent that makes him standout- it’s his unwavering dedication to his team and USKA FLORIDA family and the music that drives him. Off stage, John is humble and a supportive teammate, always looking for ways to lift those around him. His determination to be the best version of himself is only matched by his tendency to be his own toughest critic. “Music is his outlet” and being part of this family has been a” game changer” to him. John’s passion is infectious and when the lights go down, he’s the same guy who’s always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. A true sweetheart, John embodies the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie, making him a beloved member of the USKA family. We are super blessed to have John on the PPT this season.
Phil O’Boyle – The “Performer” of the Team! 
Phil is the dynamic force that holds the team together. With a stage presence that is pure electricity, Phil’s passion for music and performing is not only entertaining but is uplifting to all that watch him and participate in every note. His phenomenal performances are a testament to his talent and dedication- no wonder he was voted “MVP” by his peers last year. When he’s not rocking the stage, Phil’s great smile and awesome sense of humor make him a beloved teammate for TEAM Florida. He lives by the mantra of making the most of every moment, always looking to embellish the experience and take it to the next level. We’re stoked to have Phil on PPT this season!
Jana Rogers – The “Heartbeat” of the Team!
Jana is a powerhouse performer with a voice that grabs you by the soul! With a presence that commands attention, Jana steps onto the stage and dominates! She brings grit, glamour, and a whole lot of heart. She dresses to impress, every time, and her style is as fierce as her vocals. Jana’s got a heart of gold, always putting others first and lifting up her team. Her passion for performance is matched only by her love of supporting those around her. When she takes the mic, her raspy, beautiful voice rocks the stage. Don’t be surprised if you’re moved to tears or dancing in the aisles. Jana’s got a way of lifting others up through her presence and we are happy to have Jana on the PPT this season.
Jimmy Carter- The “Spirit” of the Team! 
Jimmy showed up and came in the top 30 in the World at the 2025 IKF Championships in Vegas. Jimmy is a powerhouse vocalist who’s proving that quiet confidence can take you far! Jimmy’s hard work and determination are an inspiration to his team. Always looking for ways to improve, he’s a thinker, a doer and a team player who’s instrumental in keeping the team united. But don’t be fooled- His performances on stage-belting out tunes with a voice that’ll grab your heart and leave you amazed. His passion is contagious, and he’s always eager to mentor newcomers, helping them achieve their dreams and share in the experience. With a heart of gold, Jimmy is the kind of guy who’d do anything for anyone. We’re super elated to have Jimmy on PPT this season.
