In The Team Manager Account, you will enter the team roster, make payments, and view waiver completion.

  • You will need the Team ID number that you received after being accepted into the tournament
  • You must check the box indicating concussion training has been completed. This is a requirement of the state of Minnesota Statute 121A.37. The U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention has a free, online course entitled “HEADS UP” is accessible by the link here.
  • If you are planning to use our loan player program or are in need of them, please review our Target USA CUP Loan Player Program page.
  • Please note that the roster must be entered before players can use the online waiver
  • Player fees payment options: Team Pay or Parent Pay
  • If using NSC Club account, please contact your local Club administrator/registrar for options.

Please note – your roster must be entered in your Team Manager Account (see above tab) before parents can complete the online waiver.

In order to compete in Target USA CUP, each player must have a waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian. This is a sanctioned YOUTH event, meaning all NSC Event HQ accounts must be set up with the parent or legal guardian as the account holder, then the player is added as the participant, even if they are 18 years or older. 

All waivers MUST be completed by the players’ parent or legal guardian.

The below items outline all required forms based on your teams’ sanctioning body. You can upload your required forms in NSC Event HQ (see file upload instructions tab below).

Please note – guest player forms are required if applicable, and ALL teams must provide player passes, no matter their sanctioning body (see Player Passes / Proof of Age tab below).

US Club Soccer Teams (USC)

  • All non-Minnesota teams must provide a copy of their official US Club Soccer roster.

US Youth Soccer Teams (USYS)

  • All non-Minnesota teams must provide a copy of their official USYS Roster and a permission to travel document. 

United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA)

  • ALL teams (including MN) must provide a copy of their official USSSA Roster and a Certificate of Insurance document. 

American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO)

  • ALL teams (including MN) must provide a copy of their official AYSO Roster and a permission to travel document. 

Girls Academy (GA)

  • ALL teams (including MN) must provide a copy of their official GA Roster and a Certificate of Insurance document. 

MLS Next 

  • ALL teams (including MN) must provide a copy of their official MLS Roster and a Certificate of Insurance document. 

Canadian Teams

  • ALL teams must provide a copy of their official Provincial Roster and a permission to travel document.

The Application to Host Tournament form provides information necessary to complete your province or state association’s notification-to-travel application..

  • Teams may roster up to 6 guest players. Double rostered players are limited to two per team.
  • Players may only guest play or double roster on one team in addition to their primary team, providing they are not playing on a team in the same age bracket and flight.
  • Guest players may come from any FIFA or USSF affiliated association/team. If a team is playing as a US Club team, they are allowed to have registered US Club players or international players as guests. If a team is playing as a USYS team, they are allowed to have registered USYS players or international players as guests.
  • A jersey must be provided to the guest player by the host team.
  • If age eligible, players may play up or down.
  • Players may not play on two teams in the same age and flight.
  • Players that are age eligible but registered with an adult player pass are not eligible to play.
  • Non-MYSA players must provide a player loan form to participate as part of the required forms.

• Double-rostered players must be identified on each tournament roster and will count as a double rostered player on BOTH teams’ rosters.
• Double-rostered players MUST complete the online NSC waiver for BOTH teams under one household account. 
• Limit of TWO double-rostered players per team, no exceptions. 
• Player must be tagged as a guest player on the secondary team.
• The player fee for the double rostered player on the secondary team will be waived after entering the requested information in your Team Manager Account. 

In your Team Manager Account, you will see a Double Rostered Player(s) button. Please select this and complete the information.

Players may only double roster on ONE team in addition to their primary team, providing they are not playing on a team in the same age bracket and flight. 

ALL DOUBLE ROSTERED PLAYERS MUST BE LISTED ON BOTH ROSTERS AND HAVE A WAIVER COMPLETED BY:

No double roster player will be allowed after deadline.

Current season player and coach passes MUST be submitted prior to the required forms deadline (see file upload instructions tab).

  • Player passes are used as proof of age for the tournament.
  • All players on a team MUST be from the same governing body, including guest players and coaches.
  • Contact your club registrar or USA CUP Registrar for more information.

Canadian Teams

  • Canadian player books, Provincial player cards, and/or FIFA affiliate player passes are accepted.

**NEW THIS YEAR – physical, laminated player passes are NOT required at the start of each game, but MUST be submitted via NSC Event HQ. ALL teams must be prepared to show proof of player and/or coach passes at any time throughout the tournament, IF eligibility is in question.

  • Proof of player passes can include the following: physical passes, digital passes, or PDF version of passes. These documents can be provided via smartphone, if needed.

Team managers and/or parents can securely submit all required documentation by using the “File Upload” feature in the NSC Event HQ. Follow these steps:

  • Log into your NSC Event HQ account. 
  • Click the ‘Customer Tools’ tab at the top of the screen, then select file upload.
  • Find Target USA CUP or Target USA CUP Weekend in the list of events, then enter your Team ID.
  • Select the type of file you are uploading, then upload your file (png, pdf, gif and img accepted).

The name of the file MUST be 50 characters or less.

Target USA CUP has a per-player fee, that is due by the required forms deadline (June 14).

Teams dropping from either tournament after June 1 will not receive a voucher; player fees are refundable.

Player Fees can be paid on a team-level, or by each individual parent. You will select which option you prefer when setting up your Team Manager Account. See below for instructions:

Team Pay –
1. Add all players to your online tournament roster, using the ‘Manage Players’ tool. 
2. In your Team Manager Account, select the ‘View Statement’ tool to confirm the amount owed for player fees.
3. In your Team Manager Account, select the ‘Make a Payment’ tool and enter the amount owed for player fees, then complete your payment. 

Parent Pay –
1. Complete your Online NSC Liability Waiver in NSC Event HQ (see above tab).
2. Once your waiver is completed in NSC Event HQ, select the ‘Target USA CUP’ tab at the top of the screen, then select ‘Pay Player Fee’. 
3. Enter your Team ID, then select the player you are paying for. 
4. The player fee will automatically add to your cart in NSC Event HQ. Complete your payment from there. 

*Please note, if the Team Manager selected ‘Team Pay’ when setting up the Team Manger Account, you will receive an error message if you attempt to pay via ‘Parent Pay’. If you wish to change how your player fees are paid, please contact USA CUP Registrar

Required forms are due by June 14, 2026.

All teams are subject to removal from Target USA CUP IF their required forms are not completed by the deadline. 

Team Representatives MUST check-in teams at the designated times. NO EXCEPTIONS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS ALLOWED.

  • All fees paid in full. 

Team Representatives will sign off on the official tournament roster, freezing the roster. No changes will be allowed after roster has been frozen.

Team Representatives will receive the following items: 

    • Official Tournament Roster Copies 
    • Player Wristbands – 1 per rostered player 
    • Official USA CUP game ball 
    • Tournament Gifts

Special Olympics Unified Division Application Process & Required Forms –

  • Step 1) Submit team application under Target USA CUP Week (adapted division); linked here. No fee for applying.
  • Step 2) Eligibility – Applications will be reviewed by Target USA CUP & Special Olympics staff to verify teams are in
    good standing and compliance with the sanctioning body (Special Olympics North America), before being accepted into the event.
  • Step 3) If the team is accepted into the event, the Team fee is due within one week of acceptance.
    ➢ Team fee $395
  • Step 4) Team roster, player waivers, and player fee’s due on June 14th, 2026.
    ➢ Player fee $91/player 
    ➢ Please reference sections above for roster, waivers, and fee’s process.
  • Step 5) In person Final Team Check-in – Tuesday July 14, 2026.
