The US Tech Support Framework is a big scam. The service is associated with My Clean PC and it's "said" they provide tech support for PCs. However, many users found their computers infected and tricked into believing they actually are in contact with a tech support. For this purpose, I recommend immediate removal of the application. Use Combofix for this procedure and request a refund for the service.
On a side part, contact the developers and they should provide all the necessary instructions, since no website is available for this "service".
