Payment Info

The payment collection time depends on the method of payment you choose:

Western Union & MoneyGram: These services operate only on weekdays. Once you send us your full payment details, the payment is usually collected within 1–3 business days.
Cryptocurrency (BTC): Some BTC transactions are confirmed instantly, while others are typically verified within 1 business day after you send us your transaction details.
Zelle, Venmo & Bank Transfer: Payments made through these methods are generally confirmed within 1–4 business days after you provide your payment information.

Once your payment is successfully collected, your order will be forwarded to the warehouse for processing the same day whenever possible.

What types of currency do you accept?

We currently accept payments in U.S. Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP).

All product prices and payment instructions are displayed in the selected currency during checkout. If your local currency differs, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount based on the current exchange rate.

Why do you need the payment details for western union or moneygram?

To successfully collect your payment through Western Union or MoneyGram, we are required to provide their system with specific information.
Please make sure you share the following details exactly as they appear on your payment receipt:

Sender’s Full Name (First and Last Name)
Recipient’s Full Name (First and Last Name)
Amount Transferred
WU MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) or MG Reference Number

Occasionally, Western Union or MoneyGram may enter names incorrectly when processing transfers. If the information we provide does not exactly match what appears on your receipt, we will be unable to collect your payment.

To submit your payment details safely, log into your profile and click the “WU/MG Payment Notify” button under your Order List page.

How can i add payment information to my order?

The process for adding payment information depends on your selected payment method:

Western Union & MoneyGram Payments

You can submit your payment details directly through your Order Details page or by using the “WU/MG Payment Notify” option in your account.
Make sure to include the sender’s name, recipient’s name, amount transferred, and MTCN or Reference Number.

Zelle Payments

You can notify us of your Zelle payment through the “Zelle Payment Notify” section in your account.
Be sure to include the payment amount and transaction details to ensure quick verification.

Bitcoin Payments

For Bitcoin (BTC) payments, no manual notification is required.
Our system automatically detects your payment and creates your order.
If there’s any issue with detection, you can request a manual review by sending your BTC transaction TXID and amount via the “Contact Us” form.

I sent my BTC payment to the wrong wallet address. What should I do?

The order confirmation page always includes the exact wallet address to which your Bitcoin (BTC) payment must be sent.
In some cases, we may also provide a manual wallet address for your transaction.

If you send your payment to any wallet address other than the one provided by us, we will not receive your funds and, unfortunately, will not be able to recover or refund your payment.

Please always double-check the wallet address before completing your transaction to ensure your payment is sent correctly and securely.

Can i change the payment method?

Yes, you can change your payment method between Bitcoin and Zelle at any time without creating a new order.
Simply send us a message through your Order Page, and our team will assist you in updating the payment option.

However, if you wish to change your payment method to Western Union or MoneyGram, you will need to place a new order.
Our system will automatically assign a collector name for your new payment request.

Is payment by paypal or apple pay possible?

At the moment, we do not accept payments via PayPal or Apple Pay.

These options ensure secure, fast, and reliable payment processing for all orders.

My MoneyGram payment was canceled. What should I do?

MoneyGram may cancel and refund a payment for various reasons, such as verification issues or incorrect recipient information.

If your payment is canceled, don’t worry your funds are not lost. MoneyGram will refund the payment directly to you.
Once this happens, our team will contact you with further instructions so you can complete your order safely.

My Western Union payment was canceled. What should I do?

Western Union may cancel and refund a payment for several reasons, such as verification issues, incorrect recipient information, or time limits exceeded.

If your payment is canceled, there’s no need to worry your funds are not lost. Western Union will refund the payment directly to you.
Once this occurs, our team will contact you with further instructions on how to complete your order successfully.

Will you update me when my order is confirmed?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail when you place and submit your order. Please follow the instructions in this order confirmation e-mail when making your payment.
You can also access instructions from your Profile account.
If you don't get a confirmation e-mail, please check your Spam folder because it might have landed there.
