URGO Feel Pro is a relaxation solution that will teach you to control your stress and your emotions. You will learn how to work on your breathing to find peace in a simple, fast and effective way.

How do you train well?
• We recommend that you do 5 minutes of exercise 3 times a day
• To progress quickly, we offer 3 different levels of training: expert - beginner - advanced.
• To follow your progress, go to the “History” tab where all your results are recorded session after session.
Cardiac coherence: a scientifically proven method
We use a scientifically proven method: cardiac coherence in biofeedback. But what is it ?
Our relaxation solution is based on breathing. It allows you to phase your breathing on your heart in order to regain balance. A regular practice for a month, allows you to be relaxed, calm and serene in a natural and regular way and to learn how to manage your stress.
With biofeedback, you effectively learn cardiac coherence and regain control of your body thanks to:
- 3 color indicators (green, yellow, red) which evolve throughout the exercise and tell you when you succeed or not in getting into cardiac coherence
- Real-time visualization of the heart rate variability curve
These 2 elements then encourage you to breathe at an imposed rhythm and you will understand the effects of the exercise on your body.
