Accessibility

We continuously strive to make our digital solutions as user‑friendly as possible for all visitors. This is an ongoing and responsible process aimed at ensuring an equal experience for all customers — without exceptions.

Our commitment to accessibility

For your convenience, our website, credit application forms, and document portal include an accessibility settings widget that allows you to easily turn accessibility options on or off. Our digital channels are constantly being improved, so from now on they will be even easier to navigate using a keyboard or screen reader. The new page settings comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards:

You can adjust the font size by choosing one of three options — standard, medium, or large

A special font will make reading easier if you have dyslexia

High color contrast improves the visibility of text and other elements without causing discomfort to your eyes

More convenient navigation without a mouse, using the keyboard (“Tab”, “Enter”, “Space”, etc.)

  • In the widget window, the font size can also be adjusted using the keyboard arrow keys, while contrast and dyslexia settings can be controlled using the “Enter” or “Space” keys;
  • When the contrast setting is enabled, moving graphic elements automatically stop;
  • All website content is adapted for major screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Narrator);
  • To close the accessibility window and disable the settings, click the “Accessibility” button again and turn off the selected options.
