J.R. is Executive Vice President of Advisory Services & Customer Experience (CX) for UPSTACK. Named to the UPSTACK leadership team in March 2023, J.R. oversees and orchestrates the UPSTACK customer journey – from customer advisory and solutions architecture through to optimization and advocacy. His goal is to deliver a customer experience unrivaled in the technology services industry.
Darren Jones
EVP, Strategic Account Advisory
Darren is Executive Vice President of Strategic Account Advisory services for UPSTACK. A member of the leadership team, Darren oversees and orchestrates the company’s strategic vision for supporting and growing its largest and most complex customer relationships.
