Hannah Bascom

General Manager

Hannah leads the Growth team at Uplight, which is responsible for catalyzing the market for decarbonization, and furthering Uplight's thought leadership. Prior to joining Uplight, Hannah spent 20 years building partnerships and new markets in the climate and social impact space. She is passionate about accelerating the trajectory towards a cleaner and more equitable future for all.

Michelle Anastasi

Chief People Officer

Michelle Anastasi is the Chief People Officer at Uplight. She has more than 20 years experience as an executive in fast-growing tech companies. She has held leadership positions in early and late-stage private and public companies, including Mersive Technologies, Ibotta, and Dell. As a catalyst for organizational growth and effectiveness, Michelle defines and builds leadership and culture around purpose, inclusion and accountability. She is passionate about people coming together in service of positive social impact.

Jesse Demmel

Chief Technology Officer

Jesse has over 15 years of experience as a technology executive with solutions ranging from consumer web scale to enterprise SaaS. He has a passion for building high-performing, engaged teams. Prior to joining Uplight, he was CTO at Sovrn and Vice President Engineering of Connected Fitness at Under Armour.

Sally leads operations and strategic initiatives at Uplight, driving the company’s mission to decarbonize the planet. Sally has led a variety of teams at Uplight, including Client Success, Sales and Partnerships, Operations, and Business Excellence. Client centricity is at the heart of everything she does, and her teams' goal is to deliver client value and outcomes that advance decarbonization and grid flexibility.
