Understanding referencing and citing

The following tutorials can be used to develop understanding of references and citations, good citations practice and how to use citation information in research. For examples of formatting for specific referencing styles, please refer students to the Library's Referencing Guides.

These resources help explain to students the importance of proper referencing, as well as the principles behind using and constructing citations.
