INTENTIONAL TIMEOUT

Timeout – “time for rest or recreation away from one’s usual work or studies.”
Intentional timeout allows…
your body to rest
your mind to de-clutter
your spirit to breathe
Intentional timeout allows…
noise to be minimized
relationships to be re-evaluated
priorities to be re-set
Intentional timeout allows…
goals to be re-formulated
boundaries to be re-calibrated
purpose to be re-assessed
Intentional timeout allows…
your inner ear to open
your focus to sharpen
better alignment with God’s will
Take some intentional time out
Selah!
“Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat.”
(MARK 6:31 – NLT)
