Unqueue brings the convenience of curbside, in-store, and delivery orders into one platform so you spend a lot less time waiting in line. With our growing roster of beloved stores, savvy shoppers in Trinidad and Tobago can buy everything on their typical runs faster and safer – from food to hardware, gardening and office supplies, groceries, home goods, and more. (Before you ask: that bank line problem is beyond us!)
What you want, how you want
Once you’ve created your shopper account and added items from your favourite store to your cart, you can specify if you’d like to pick up your items curbside, in store, or have them delivered to you.
All service, no charge
Unqueue will never charge you a service fee on your orders.
Pay as you’d like
You decide: You can pay cash or card on pick up or delivery. Or, you can reduce the wait even further and settle upfront by making an in-app payment with your credit or debit card.
Smarter notifications
Kick back at home (or wherever) – you’ll receive a notification once your order is being delivered or is ready for you to collect. If you’re collecting, we’ll also notify the shop when you’re near and when you’re outside – so they’re ready for you when you arrive.
Pickup tags make things easier
For every order you place, you’ll get a digital pickup tag with a unique order number. At the shop, sidestep the line by flashing your phone with pickup tag to your friendly shop person, who’ll match it to the bag they have ready for you. Good to go!
Directions lead the way
Not sure how to get there? We’ll provide directions. If you’re having items delivered, we’ll give your driver directions too, so they can get to you faster without having to call.
Order anytime
Our open/closed feature shows when businesses are closed – but lets you know that you can still place your order.

Unqueue was born out of the belief that people spend far too much time waiting in line, when we should be doing other things that are significantly more fun. Unqueue was built from scratch, entirely in the Caribbean, for Caribbean people. In everything we do, we remain dedicated to supporting shoppers and enterprising Caribbean businesses, regardless of scale.
