At United Way of Wyoming Valley, we believe Every Gift Tells a Story. Each act of generosity creates a new chapter — a child gaining access to education, a parent finding support, a family building stability, or a neighbor discovering hope. With every donation and partnership, our community’s story grows stronger. Together, we are writing a future filled with possibility.
United Way of Wyoming Valley supports 31 programs across 20 agencies aimed at improving the odds of success for children and families to break the cycle of poverty in our community. In addition to supporting these programs, the United Way has developed 12 signature initiatives and partnerships with 10 local school districts to address underlying challenges that can keep children, especially those in low-income families, from succeeding.
