It is everything I expected

I’ve searched for a long time for someone who could provide a building such as we bought….completed on the inside, including insulation, wallboard and trim. The construction is first class and the delivery people were stellar. They are two of the hardest working people I’ve seen in a long time. Our setup wasn’t an easy one, but they never complained and got everything done in a reasonable timeframe. We use our building for an office! Thank you for your service. We will do business again somewhere down the road and meantime, I’ll be telling others about you and showing off our building!

The local Seller, David Higgenbothem, was wonderful.
The execution of the building ran into some difficulties, such as the insulation under the house got wet and had to be replaced.

My new SHE SHED for my crafting supplies and items. Great and much needed storage. Everyone involved in the purchase and set up was very nice . I have recommended that my daughter buy from one of your locations as she is moving next month and will be purchasing a shed for use at their new home.

Shed built on-site. Construction went well. Sturdy building. Courteous crews built, ran electrical wiring and insulated the shed. It looks great! We are slow about finishing the inside. Our goal is to have the inside completed by October 2024.

I first worked with Karla in helping us with size. She was most helpful. The men that came to build on site were courteous and very experienced. They communicated everything and cleaned up afterwards. We had a Very good experience with this company.

The sales process was so good. I dealt with Cindy and Eddie Williamson and they were super helpful in getting my building ordered. We did have a little hiccup on the delivery schedule but I understand things come up. When the building was delivered there was a little damage to one side of the roof flashing but the delivery driver took pictures and assured me they would come out to fix this. Eddie Williamson also called me to check on my delivery. I am very happy with my purchase.

Outstanding! From beginning to completion everything was done professionally and three months ahead of schedule, due to Josh’s suggestion to go with asphalt shingles. The 10’x12’ shed is a quality product. I would highly recommend UPB to anyone.

Could’ve been faster building

Unfortunately the site survey didn’t quite tell the entire story. I removed one set of fence, after I was told that was what would be need, but then a second stretch of fence needed to be removed. Between the two fence sections was a 2×2 cemented into the ground. I had to figure out how to get it in and then back in place after completion. Had I of know this amount of work would have been needed I would have probably gone with a company that would build on site.
UPB Response: Tracy, sometimes the site survey is unable to resolve all obstacles that may result from the actual delivery. Unknown issues sometimes reveal themselves and you have to work around them. We’re super happy that you rated our build quality as excellent! Great delivery service!

I was very pleased with the sale, delivery and set up. The quality and professional delivery and installation was above and beyond what I expected. Communication is the key to all business and customer satisfaction. Griselda was great in the delivery logistics. She worked Saturday, Sunday and after hours to set up delivery due to inclement weather, Simon the delivery guy did an outstanding job in setting the building up. Built on-site. The building process is not what I expected, it took 4 weeks instead of 1 week although some of it is due to weather. Several issues come up but resolved except for one. I ordered a loft above both bedrooms and bath which is what happen but I was charge for sq footage that includes the kitchen area, charging me more than 100 sq ft of loft that is not there. I reach out to Melissa but to reply.

Overall I’m happy with how our building turns out, UPB build a quality shed that we will convert into a tiny house.

After much research & visits to 3-4 different product options and dealers, my wife & I chose the United Portable Buildings 10×12 Utility Shed. We purchased it thru Josh and his Killeen Area Link N Log dealer team. We took extra care because we are finishing it out for a garden office.
At each step, our high expectations have been exceeded. We are so very pleased with product quality & value. It was fun watching the delivery and setup. The guys were very professional. The building is perfect for our needs as a laundry room but soon it will be converted into an exercise room.

I love my building. It’s a great size if I could do it all over again I would have went with a 14×40, but it is still spacious and beautiful.

We love our building and it just so happened that the colors we chose matched our home and other buildings perfectly . My only regret was I did not have them put the windows in while building the unit. I thought the price was good and thinking about purchasing a second one. The delivery was awesome and the tech put it in the exact spot dodging trees along the way. From when the driver showed up and leveling it took about 45 minutes. I have recommended United Building to several friends.

I don’t usually do these kinds of reviews, but this shed is exactly what I expected. The company was easy to deal with and the delivery went well. I would recommend them to anyone and would buy again if I needed another shed. I also found the price to be very competitive.

The building was made in a reasonable amount of time. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I did experience a leak on one of the windows but they came out and fixed it without hesitation.
