Professional Installation
Many window and door projects look simple until the old unit comes out. Older homes and/or older installations can reveal damaged framing, uneven openings, or finish surfaces that need repair to achieve a clean final look and a reliable seal.
United Builders is licensed in California under CSLB license #841148. We carry both General Building and Glazing classifications, allowing one contractor to stay responsible for the entire scope of the project, including the carpentry and finish work that can otherwise cause delays, added cost, or finger-pointing.
What sets us apart
- Customer satisfaction mindset: We stand behind our work and stay engaged until the project is complete.
- General Contractor capability: Carpentry repairs, new headers, drywall, stucco, and opening adjustments handled in-house when needed.
- HOA experience: Familiarity with approval requirements and the importance of consistent exterior appearance across elevations.
- Accountability from start to finish: One team responsible for performance and finish quality.
