Return and Refunds Policy:

Products without Embroidery can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers can initiate returns or refund by clicking on the " Initiate returns or Exchange " link under Quicklinks section in the bottom of the website.  The product cost along with GST will be refunded to the customer on receipt of the product in resalable condition. The refund amount will reflect in customer's account within 4 to 5 days of initiating the refund.  

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email (enquiry@uniformcraft.com) or by phone (+91 99944 13725 ). Cancellation will not be entertained for customised orders that have been already processed. Cancellation will be accepted provided the shipment is yet to be effected. A full refund will be initiated and funds will reflect in customer account within 4 to 5 days of cancellation.  

Size Exchange Policy :

Garments without embroidery in new condition can be exchanged for size within 7 days of receipt of order. Customer will have to initiate exchange through " Initiate returns or Exchange " link under Quicklinks section in the bottom of the website. The size exchange garment in stock will be shipped typically in 1 or 2 days from receipt of the garment in resaleable condition. Products that are out of stock typically will be back in stock within 7 days and will be shipped as soon as available.
