Ukrsotsbank Mobile provides user-friendly interface with full security (protection by userID, activation code, password, encrypted data transfer).
It takes 1 minute to activate application via Ukrsotsbank Online internet-banking (how to register in Ukrsotsbank Online read here https://en.ukrsotsbank.com/remote/view/4/). Activate it in mobile banking section in Ukrsotsbank Online system. After signing the request for service activation in Ukrsotsbank Online you will receive an email in «Messages» menu inside internet banking, «Inbox» submenu with activation code (which is active for 72 hours and consists of 16 digits) which should be typed in application when you first log into it (button «Access»).
After downloading the application and authorization, you will receive access to:
- accounts & cards (balances, transaction history);
- information about saving accounts “Saving+”, “Active” and term deposits
- payments from your current accounts and cards with “Fast payments” function;
- simplified form of payment from the card to your current account or a term deposit, as well as from current account to your card or term deposit;
- transfers between cards;
- payment templates (including ones from Ukrsotsbank Online) and “Fast payments”;
- letters from the bank;
- application settings (password/language change).
In the public section of the application you’ll have access to:
- App language change;
- map of Ukrsotsbank ATMs and branches;
- booking of a meeting with manager in the bank branch;
- currency exchange (exchange rates, currency conversion);
- bank’s contacts.
If you are not Ukrsotsbank customer, you can always access the public section of the application.
