Inspired by Modern Love from The New York Times, the platform publishes weekly stories written by both renowned authors and everyday people, exploring dilemmas, losses, and revelations that expand empathy and connection. Selected stories come to life through podcasts and live performances, reminding us that love, in its many shapes, makes us feel less alone
UNFINISHED DEMOCRACY
UNFINISHED Democracy opens a space for public debate on the future of democracy. Marking May 20, Romania’s first free elections, it brings together thinkers, citizens, and opinion leaders to tackle challenges like civic participation, disinformation, and representation. Inspired by the concept of a “Digital Twin for Democracy,” the project explores how virtual models can help reimagine and strengthen democratic systems in a time of uncertainty, fostering ideas and collective action for a healthier future.

The UNFINISHED Gallery exhibits a single artwork at a time, accessible 24/7 to the public by being completely and directlyopen onto the street. The tiniest gallery in Bucharest, it has hosted works by artists such as Alfredo Jaar, Anthony Burrill, and Oana Barbonie, and offers intimate encounters with powerful ideas, proving that even the smallest spaces can hold transformative experiences.
UNFINISHED RESIDENCY
UNFINISHED Residency welcomes extraordinary individuals – artists, scientists, writers, innovators – into the Shed, our tiny home in the House of Ideas garden. More than a place to work, it is a catalyst for creativity and connection: residents share their journey with our community, join curated dinners at Eidos, and become ambassadors of the UNFINISHED ethos, sparking ideas and collaborations that outlive their stay.
