Student Symposium

Call for Student Abstracts & Posters

Get ready, students—this year’s UNENE R&D Workshop will feature 10 student presentations, 14 rapid-fire 6-Minute Theses, and up to 40 posters on December 8–9, 2025. We can’t wait to highlight emerging research from across the community.

Highlights:

  • Open to graduate students; post-doctoral fellows may participate (not prize-eligible). Undergraduate spots may open if space permits.
  • Students must confirm their chosen category with their supervisor before submitting.
  • Guidance for supervisors and students will be available on the R&D Workshop webpage.
  • Only ONE submission per topic: long presentation, 6MT, or poster.
  • In-person attendance is required for all presenters.
  • Students must bring printed posters; UNENE will not provide printing.
