Bisicle

The Bisicle (JP: バビコ) is a consumable item sold by QC for 15G, with more GOLD added for each boss battled. It is a unique item, as upon use, it leaves another item called a Unisicle that also heals 11 HP, giving the effect of being consumed twice. On the Genocide Route, QC is gone, so the Bisicle is free.
A Unisicle is an item obtained by consuming a Bisicle. While in Serious Mode, despite being called "Popsicle", the game refers to it as "Unisicle" when consumed.
