You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 working days.

As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link which you can use to check the shipping status at any time. You can also use the "Check order status" section available in the main menu. Introduce your order number and billing post code and you will be able to track your order.

If you have an account, you can log in and check your order status directly from the tracking button available.

The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please check again later, since sometimes it can take up to 48 hours.

If you weren't in to receive your parcel, your courier will leave a card that will either detail when they will return to try again, or provide you with a contact number so you can get in touch directly to reschedule your delivery.

If you have opted for delivery to a EVRi Parcelshop, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is available for pick up. You will have 10 days to collect your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. Don't forget your order number and your ID card when you pick up your order.

You can also opt for contacting your carrier directly. In order to do so, plase have your tracking number available.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the delivery address for your order. You may contact Royal Mail directly, as they may be able to assist depending on the delivery timeline.
