Please go to Start > Run > type services.msc then locate UGS License Server and Unigraphics License Server. Right click on these items and Stop them, then perform the uninstall procedure.
Or you can open Task Manager and End Task for the following processes: ugslmd.exe and uglmd.exe.
I can't repair this software. It tells me to remove and reinstall the software while I'm trying to delete it. Can you help?

In order to fix the problems, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open Task Manager, click the Processes tab, select ugslmd.exe and uglmd.exe and then press End Process. After that, uninstall the program using Add or Remove programs tool (Control Panel > Uninstall a program).
Alternatively, reboot the computer, press the F8 key to enter in Safe Mode and then uninstall the program using the classic procedure. Also, you can try using a utility from Software Informer database. After that, if you want, you can install the program again.

After that, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list, click Uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions.
