With over 16 years of transformative leadership experience across capital markets, digital ecosystems, fintech, e-commerce, and retail, he previously led foodpanda Philippines and 7-Eleven CliQQ to significant market growth and innovation. He is also a Founder and Managing Partner of Brookland Advisors, advising on high-impact transformations, equity raises, and fintech integrations for leading firms in Southeast Asia and Europe.
Jay Divino is the Chief Financial Officer at UBX. Prior to joining UBX, he held leadership positions across various companies, including COO and CFO of Contel Communications, CFO of PT&T, CFO of Oriente Express, and CFO and Treasurer of Fuse Lending and BPI Globe Banko.

Pancho Reyna is the Chief Technology Officer at UBX. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has served as CEO of a data analytics company, Head of Software Engineering for an international low-latency stock exchange operator, and Founder/CEO of a tech solutions services company. His expertise spans software engineering, data analytics, and tech startups in telecoms, banking, big data, and finance.

Charles Benedict Chan is the Chief Product Officer at UBX. He previously served as Head of Marketing at InterVenn Biosciences, leading in cancer diagnostic research, and as General Manager at Neural Mechanics Inc., overseeing diverse AI and machine learning-based products. His career began at Globe Telecom, advancing to Senior Product Manager, before working for Procter & Gamble in Singapore as a Regional Assistant Brand Manager.

Marita Aldeguer is the Head of Delivery of UBX. She is a seasoned IT leader with over 39 years of industry experience, specializing in operations, program management, and client relationships. She most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and President at Cboe Technology Philippines Inc., following extensive senior IT leadership roles at American International Group (AIG), where she oversaw international delivery across APAC, Japan, and EMEA.
Chief Commercial Officer
Mario Domingo is the Chief Commercial Officer at UBX. He previously served as the Global Chief Technology Officer of UBX and the Asia-Pacific Group Technology Officer at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He has successfully built AI technology businesses and is the founder of DARC Labs, a cancer and diagnostics research center powered by AI. Recognized as a prominent figure in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, he also serves as Director of the Ateneo Institute for Digital Enterprises at the Graduate School of Business.
