UAV Weather now pulls real GFS (Global Forecast System) model data server-side, giving you true wind speed and direction at the altitude you actually fly — not surface readings extrapolated upward. What's new in this release: Per-Altitude Wind Direction Wind arrows on the Winds Aloft grid now show the actual modeled wind direction at each altitude. A 500 ft wind blowing northeast and a surface wind blowing southwest are shown independently — because they often are different. 14-Day Winds Aloft Forecast The grid now covers up to 14 days ahead (336 hours). Switch between days instantly using the day dropdown — all data is fetched in one request so navigation is immediate with no loading delays.
