ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FEES

You can simply opt-out, or give a smaller amount.

Yes. Members of UAC sponsoring organizations, which include AFA, AYA, ISAR, NCGR, AND OPA, will enjoy the lower member rates. .

Q: How will the hotel know with whom I’ll be rooming?
A: Once you find a roommate, it’s you and your roommate’s responsibilities to amend your reservations.
Q: Should I wait until I have a roommate before I make my hotel reservations?

DO I HAVE TO DECIDE IN ADVANCE WHICH LECTURES I WANT TO ATTEND?
Attendance to lectures is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors to lectures open 15 minutes prior, so plan to arrive early.
Every effort has been made to accommodate larger audiences for popular speakers, but it’s possible that lecture rooms will fill to capacity quickly.
You may queue outside the lecture room before doors open. Seating is not guaranteed, and UAC’s policy allows you to save ONE seat next to you as long as you are present. Recordings of lectures will be available for purchase and not offered in compensation for missing a session.
Please refer to UAC’s Code of Conduct printed in the program guide.
