U2bviews can't use the software. I downloaded and installed, but when I run it says could not make the connection and to check if my Internet works. I can say that the internet works very well, but I think it's a software problem.

The problem you've encountered is strictly related to the website/server's functionality. At this time, the website that manages the application and servers is down and there is no way to connect to it. Because of that you encounter the messages related to connectivity. Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do at this time except waiting until the server/website comes online and only then you can use the software as you normally would.
