Life is complicated. 

It remains to be seen which is the harder thing. 

Living with Corona or just living.

I want to be a good friend and sister.

I'll just keep trying to find the right path.

I can't even begin to understand the state of the world. Especially when I can't comprehend the state of my own world. I am trying to remember that most of us are good people just trying to get through the day! This week I watched my young and vibrant nephew slowly lose hope. Over the past 2 days he didn't get out of bed. I asked if he was ok and he replied, "It's just all this." Waving his hand in the air at the vague generalness of the world. It kinda broke my heart. All I could say was that this too will pass. Somehow it just didn't seem like enough!

It's been a few years since I've even thought about my journal.

Recent world events have reminded me that I was part of a community.

I'm here to honor that agreement.

I'm proud to be amongst Journalers once more.
