No, the software is no compatible with Mac OS X. I have checked the official website and only the versions for Windows were listed. However, you can download the installer from its official website and then download Wine Bottler as well. Wine Bottler allows you to run Windows apps in a Mac environment.
The latest version of Tyre for PC use is Tyre To Travel 6.42.
