    If you're friends with someone who has ADHD and interpret their friendship as being neglectful, it's probably not on purpose - it's just that we forget people, places, and things exist on a consistent basis unless something explicitly reminds us of them. We sorta lack permanence.

    It gives me anxiety that people take who messages first and how often as a measure of friendship. As someone with ADHD it's rare for me to message anyone first cause my thought patterns just don't work like that and I flat out forget people exist or to even talk to *anyone*.

    If you raid on Twitch me I'm letting you know it's okay to just up and leave so you can go get food, catch up on notifications, relax, and do whatever you need to do after streaming. I just appreciate you introducing your community to me, that's really all I could ever ask for.
