Holding a £2m by-election for the Norfolk Police and Crime Commissioner makes little sense when that role will be abolished in 2028. I’ve asked the Government to remove the requirement for the role to be filled and to allow the Police and Crime Panel to take over.

Dental deserts aren't unique to Makerfield. Across the country, people can't get a dentist appointment. This Government talks a big game but has no ambition and no proper plan. Alongside @TheBDA, I'm pushing them to stop talking and start fixing this.
