The developers of TweakBit PCSpeedUp promise that your computer will recover its out-of-the-box performance after using their program to remove junk data, fix defective registry entries and correct faulty operating system settings. The program has a nice tabbed interface, and there is even sort of a dash panel from which you can start scanning all areas in a single operation.

The application supports checking your computer registry for common errors, mostly those resulting from uninstalling certain software. It can also help you tweak your system to decrease shutdown time and increase Internet speed. Likewise, this utility can have an impact on your privacy by cleaning junk data, such as web cache, unused system files and temporary folders. Fortunately, it lets you see a detailed view of the problems found and pick the ones you want to repair. It is also good that you do not need to worry about cleaning your system because the application supports scheduling regular checkups.

All in all, TweakBit PCSpeedUp seems to successfully find various computer issues. However, its trial version does not allow fixing any of them, so it is impossible to verify the real impact of this utility on computer speed. To make things even worse, this tool behaves like an adware in many respects. First, its installer tries to trick you to install other probably unwanted software. Then, the program itself has a tab called Action Center, which contains links to such programs as PC Repair, Driver Updater, AdGuard and Megabackup.

I was able to revive my aging Gateway computer with this program. Not sure what exactly did it, but now it runs at a decent speed which makes me happy. More

I believe this software is a scam. Certainly, their business practices are sleazy, with fake "WikiFix" articles leading to the software, and their making every conceivable effort to lead you to believe the software is 'free." It isn't. The download is free, and the "free scan" will invariably tell you that you have a zillion errors that will be fixed once you "activate" the software, a/k/a buy it for 30 bucks. Given these practices, how can anyone believe the software itself is not rubbish to the core? More
