Corporate Identification:
- Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation/Registration or equivalent government document showing the establishment of the Company.
- Articles of the company (i.e. Articles of Incorporation/Association). These are the internal rules of the Company.
- Beneficial Owner information (i.e. Register of Shareholders).
- Beneficial Owner information (i.e. Register of Shareholders).
Joint Identification:
- Passport.
- Driver's License; or other government issued ID with photo and signature.
**NOTE: Documentation verifying your identify and/or incorporation is required to complete this application. The type of documents TVM Global requires from you depends on whether you are applying as an Individual Introducing Broker, or as a Corporate Introducing Broker.
