Job Description:
We seek a dedicated cannabis connoisseur who is passionate about providing reviews with deep insight. In this role, you will produce in-depth video reviews that objectively assess the features, functionalities, and overall performance of our vaporizers. Your mission is to deliver transparent and informative content that empowers consumers to make well-informed decisions.
Your critical evaluations will help demystify the options available in the vaporizer market, ensuring our audience receives the most accurate and helpful information possible.

You should have a decent general understanding of our product categories before you submit an application. It will drastically increase your chances, compared to others that don’t.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and produce high-quality video content that includes product reviews, tutorials, and promotional videos for TVape’s YouTube channel and other digital platforms.
- Lead the design and deployment of engaging graphics and video content, ensuring consistency with our brand’s visual identity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage content timelines, from conception through to execution and analytics.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using advanced tools (e.g., Crazy Egg, YouTube Analytics) to continually optimize our content and user engagement.
- Develop content strategies that align with our mission to educate users about the benefits and functionalities of different vaporizers.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in digital marketing and content creation, with a robust portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video content skills.
- Previous experience in front of a camera is a plus, but not required. Actors are welcome.
- Previous experience in overseeing productivity of a team or content schedule.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms, with a genuine passion for the cannabis and vaporizer industry.
- Exceptional ability to convey ideas and information clearly, both in visual formats and on camera.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a budtender is advantageous, but not required.
- Fluency in German a plus, but not required.
Location:
Remote, with requirements for occasional in-studio sessions at our facility in Scarborough, ON.
Compensation:
- Compensation: $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Benefits: In line with company Benefits program.
- Performance-based Incentives: Additional compensation for each video completed successfully.
