Our disruptive recruiting model offers a competitive rate of $125.00 per hour. This is the same rate no matter how many positions you need and makes the most fiscal sense for multiple roles. In lieu of a “replacement guarantee”, we have a 5% “Success Fee” that you pay only when your newly hired candidate completes 90 days of employment with your company. Our searches are typically filled quickly, in around 100 hours, (more for complex searches). With this twist to an RPO model, our placement fees have historically averaged well below industry standard rates.
In addition to offering a revolutionary “Hourly Plus Success Fee” model, from time-to-time, we work with a select pool of candidates that we know and are actively marketing. We always disclose in advance if a candidate is from our Marketed Candidate Pool. If you hire one of our marketed candidates, you will be billed a fee calculated at 20% of the candidate’s first year target earnings, less any hours billed for the search if applicable.
