I’ve been unable to change the format of the ePub book. Today, while reading it, I stumbled on how to cut and paste quotes. Much relief.
I’ve been much fatigued. Not sure how I’m going to manage,
Last fall I bought tulip and daffodil bulbs to plant. As I can’t do it myself, exertion, digging, bending etc wipe me out in a few minutes and then I’m I pain for days. I’d supposedly hired a chap to do this. All thru October he kept saying he was coming. On the day he did come, I had a force 10 migraine and said, please come tomorrow. Well, he didn’t come, but lots of snow and ice did. It never left, still here. We usually get a few more mild weeks. So not only didn’t my bulbs get planted, the last window for my kitchen Reno didn’t get installed. Too much ice for safe use of scaffolding.
Late last summer, the fridge for the airnb wasn’t working perfectly, so I had to buy another. The fridge works, but some guests complained and it was fairly old. I had planned to sell the fridge as a beer fridge, a common Canadian thing. But I didn’t as I planned on forcing the bulbs, then I will plant them once the snow is gone, late May!
This week, I planted a third of the bulbs, using the little boxes Clementines are sold in. As our home are too warm for forcing bulbs, don’t have root cellars, I’m using the old fridge.
