Darcy Koan
Vice President & General Manager
Darcy serves as Vice President and General Manager of Trusted Restorer. Her background in restoration began at our flagship company, Power Dry. After years of work optimizing every key function within the business, she went on to serve as Brand Support Manager at HighGround, our parent company, working to grow its restoration brands, enhance business development, streamline sales and production processes, and implement new technologies to boost operational performance.
Brody Whitley
Director of Member Growth & Revenue
Brody Whitley serves as our Director of Member Growth and Revenue and brings 12+ years of experience scaling revenue, launching new markets, and building and scaling enterprise revenue across different industries. Proven team builder and closer with 20 years in sales through complex sales cycles. Specializing in Revenue ownership, Enterprise Sales and Expansion, Multi-Division Leadership, and transforming fragmented sales models into data-driven, high-performance growth platforms.
Chris Ellis
Member Success Consultant
Chris directs members through their Trusted Restorer roadmap for growth, providing specialized support to meet your unique needs. He is your source for everything you need to know to establish the Trusted Restorer systems in your business.
Jay Hynes
Member Success Consultant
Jay brings 17 years of restoration industry experience to his role as Member Success Consultant. As Senior Adjuster Liaison at Power Dry, he was responsible for auditing water loss estimates for between 3,500 and 4,000 jobs and negotiating with insurance companies and TPAs. Jay has learned from some of the smartest and most knowledgeable people in the restoration industry and he is happy to share his insights with our members to help them grow their organizations.
Erin Nilhas
Strategic Project Coordinator
Erin is our Strategic Project Coordinator and assists with delivering an exceptional experience for all our members – from member support to planning training and events, Erin does it all. She brings years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, working with our members for years as well as with our flagship company Power Dry as an Office Support Specialist.
Lauren Hadley
Member Support Coordinator
Lauren is a Member Support Coordinator with seven years of experience in event planning and client relations. She earned her degree in Iowa and now calls Kansas City home, where she lives with her two rambunctious cats. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading, cooking, and soaking up the sun. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to working closely with members to support their goals and help them achieve success.
Daphne Goujon
Marketing Manager
Daphne serves as our Marketing Manager, connecting restoration companies across the industry to the valuable solutions and tested systems that Trusted Restorer provides. She is passionate about combining creativity with advocacy to amplify important voices and drive real impact.

As Mitigation Operations Manager at Dry Force, a company with 2,300+ 5-Star Google Reviews, Michael has built a reputation for developing top-tier restoration teams.
Jason Rosales
Facilitator
Jason facilitates our Elite Marketing Rep Training. He has over 17 years of industry experience, primarily on the supply distribution side of the restoration industry. Jason is passionate about coaching and mentoring restoration professionals. He has led teams of over 50 field sellers across 14 retail distribution locations nationwide. He also serves as Vice President of Business Development at HighGround, our parent company, enhancing strategic relationships with service plumbers, HVAC providers, and other key referral partners. His extensive sales leadership experience brings proven industry sales & marketing approaches to our members.
Trevor White
Facilitator
Trevor Facilitates our Elite Project Manager Training. He is a husband, girl dad, entrepreneur, and sales leader with a strong background in driving growth for restoration and in-home service companies. After serving a two-year mission for his church from 2013 to 2015, he spent three years in door-to-door sales, building the communication and leadership foundation that shaped his career.
