Step 01
We Assess Your Site’s
Fall Hazards
Because people interpret hazards differently, an objective third-party assessment is essential for identifying risks.
Our assessment team members are manufacturer-trained and fully conversant with industry standards, practices, terminology, and trends. They perform a comprehensive worksite analysis to determine fall risks and potential compliance pitfalls. Since the most effective way to keep people safe is to remove fall hazards entirely, we initially look for ways to immediately eliminate the hazard – even when that means no sale will be made on our part.
Step 02
We Prepare a
Project Proposal
We create custom proposals that account for your unique work procedures as well as budget and regulatory compliance requirements.
If we can’t eliminate fall hazards, we then recommend controls that minimize the risk to workers. We design solutions within the Hierarchy of Fall Protection, whereas the risk escalates, so does the safety solution–from self-closing gates to complex fall arrest systems or controlled access zones. Our recommendations always meet or exceed any applicable compliance requirements from federal to local levels.
Step 03
We Assign A
Project Manager
Our PMs bring extensive experience and
in-depth knowledge, ensuring efficient
execution with a keen focus on quality.
Once we’ve agreed on a proposal, a Project Manager is assigned. They manage the project from its commencement and installation to the delivery and transfer of the end product to your team. Every fall protection project is unique, with its own set of variables. As our customer ,you can expect us to deliver on our promise of a valued solution as committed, as expected, on time, and on budget. Any concerns along the way will be addressed with urgency.
Step 04
Our In-House Engineers
Get to Work
With our knowledge, experience, skills and resources, your fall hazard solution isn’t restricted to off-the-shelf items.
We engineer innovative solutions that exceed both local and federal legislative requirements. Our team is experienced in tackling even the most complex fall hazards, including those affected by extreme weather. Prioritizing both safety and practicality, we design structurally sound, user-friendly systems using advanced modeling and analysis to ensure reliable performance in real-world conditions, for use by real people.
Step 05
We Design Your Custom Fall Protection System
Having a solution in place is not enough;
a fall protection system is only effective if it actually gets used.
Our designs take into consideration concepts like ease of use for quick adoption, and pass through capabilities for continuous use, to minimize worker apprehension around inconvenience or lost time. That goes for comfort too; no one wants to use a harness they hate to wear. We bring a Multiple-Solution Approach, so even if unforeseen circumstances do arise, our agile team of experts can adapt accordingly. And, our designs can also match your facility’s aesthetics.
Step 06
We Supply Your
System’s Products
We partner with industry-leading manufacturers to ensure every product we offer meets the highest standards for quality, performance, and compliance.
Each solution is rigorously tested for durability and reliability, so you can trust it to perform under demanding conditions. With access to a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, we objectively compare options, ensuring you receive the most effective and advanced fall protection available.
Step 07
We Install Your System
There’s no room for error in safety, so we maintain rigorous quality control
and very high installation standards.
With a team of highly qualified and experienced installers and a vast network of operations, we offer professional installation across North America. Our staff is well trained to comply with not just our safety policies but also with the clients’ on-site safety and conduct requirements. We’ll work around your schedule and the needs of your space to minimize disruption to your workers’ productivity.
Step 08
We Certify Your System
Our systems undergo rigorous testing to ensure they align with federal, provincial and other relevant safety regulations.
We certify that every system we provide meets and exceeds both local and federal legislative requirements. By going beyond the minimum requirements, we provide solutions that deliver superior protection, helping you maintain a safe and compliant work environment. With our expertise, you can trust that your fall protection system will always offer lasting, reliable safety for your team.
Step 09
We Get Your Team
Trained Up
Fall protection equipment users must thoroughly understand how to use, care for, and maintain the systems.
In addition to on-site, hands-on training, we offer electronic resources for ongoing retraining and new hire training. Our training materials are designed to be accessible and easy to follow, ensuring that employees are always up to date on the latest safety protocols. Tritech provides an overview of how the systems should be used and maintained at the completion of each installation.
Step 10
We Provide Robust Documentation
Fall protection systems are subject to various regulations that require proper documentation.
To make things easier for you, we provide an electronic copy of all the necessary paperwork for your newly installed system. And, we don’t stop there—whenever inspections, services, or enhancements are performed, we update the documentation to keep everything current and compliant.
Ongoing Maintenance and Emergency Services
We’re in it with you for the long haul, annually or otherwise.
Tritech Fall Protection Systems maintains an extensive Service Department that’s available to your organization for annual inspection and service of your fall arrest systems. In case of an emergency at your facility, such as an uncontrolled fall, we mobilize our services to your job site.
