Frequently Asked Questions
Can I go to two different clinics under the same claim?
Clients can attend different clinics for different treatment types. For example, you can attend physiotherapy at one clinic and massage therapy at another clinic. However, clients are not allowed to attend different clinics for the same treatment type; ie. go to physiotherapy in one clinic one day and tomorrow at another clinic. (same modalities cannot be used at two different clinics)
How do I pay for my treatment if I have an active ICBC claim?
Trinity can direct bill for the pre-approved treatment costs to ICBC. There are some services where an additional fee may apply: Follow-up RMT sessions (45min or 60min); Physiotherapy extended sessions (30min or longer); Physiotherapy Clinical Pilates (30min or longer). These additional fees can be submitted to extended health plans if eligible.
How can I book my appointments?
You may book your appointment(s) online. We recommend seeing the same therapist for continuity of care when possible. If you require assistance with booking, please speak to our friendly receptionist team and they will help you.
What happens when my approved sessions are complete or expire?
Each therapist will conduct a re-assessment to see where you are along your recovery. This will be communicated with you so you will know what the next steps are. You may be able to continue with the program after a treatment plan has been submitted to ICBC for further approval.
What are the treatment durations and user fees for those treatments?

How long before I feel better?
As recovery between every person is individual, your recovery depends on your injury, time between accident and assessment for treatment, your treatment plan and your commitment to recovery.
Your practitioner will assess your injury and plan an appropriate treatment plan to your individualized needs. Throughout the course of treatment, you will be re assessed and asked about changes and any progression of symptoms. Your treatment will be modified as needed to progress you along to recovery.
