Tricia Gardella is a picture book author living on a ranch in Central California with her two cats. Her favorite genre to write is Informational Picture Book Fiction in which factual tidbits are woven into a fun story.
The perfect picture book comes when an illustrator takes an author’s words and translates those words into what the illustrator ‘sees,’ so many times making a book better than anything the author originally envisioned; a thing to be loved, appreciated and read again and again by both children and the parents who read to them.
