Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paid Plans
You may cancel automated renewal of your TrendSpider account using our no-hassle online system or by contacting us via e-mail, telephone, or live chat. Cancelling your account disables future automated renewals. If you cancel during your paid subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your pre-paid period, at which point your account will shut off automatically. If you do not cancel automatic renewal before your renewal date, we will (and you authorize us to) charge your membership fee to the credit card on file.
Trial fees are never refundable. Renewal fees for paid plans can be refunded only if requested within 72 hours of the charge and after cancellation of the plan. After 72 hours, all renewal fees are non-refundable. If you pre-pay for a plan and then cancel, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the charge, but the refunded amount will be reduced by the cost of a trial fee that you would have paid had you taken a trial on the plan you are on at the time you cancel. Cancelling online does not automatically issue a refund. To get a refund, you must first cancel, then contact support to request a refund within the 72-hour period.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Trials
You may cancel automated renewal of your TrendSpider trial using our no-hassle online system (directions below) or by contacting us via e-mail, telephone, or live chat. Cancelling your trial immediately deactivates access and prevents future automated renewals. If you do not cancel before the trial end date, we will (and you authorize us to) charge your membership fee to the credit card on file.
All fees paid for trials are non-refundable. If your trial renews into a paid plan, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the charge, but the trial fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. After 72 hours, all fees are final, and no refunds will be issued. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
How Plan Renewals Work
- To ensure uninterrupted service, all renewals are automatic by default. You may disable automated renewal by following the cancellation instructions.
- Your account will automatically renew monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on your selected term. If you do not cancel before your next renewal date, it will renew until you do.
- Changes to your plan apply going forward and no retroactive changes are allowed.
- Refunds are only available within 72 hours of a renewal charge and only after cancellation. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
Trial Policies
- Trials require payment of a trial fee to cover costs. There are no free trials.
- You may upgrade, change, or cancel your plan online anytime.
- If you need more time, contact support before your trial ends for an extension. By default, your trial is 14 days. You may extend it by request up to another 14 days, for a maximum trial of 28 days.
- If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew.
- Trials and plans are renewed to the hour. If you sign up at 7 AM CST, your renewal occurs exactly at 7 AM CST on the date your trial ends.
- You will receive an automated reminder approximately 3 to 7 days before your trial renews. This will be the only reminder before you are charged.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
- Because of immediate costs associated with activating an account, all trial fees are non-refundable. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for trial fees.
