On November 27, 2024, TRCC Canada renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Retec International, Inc. business through a recertification audit. This applies to the design, development and sale of water-based barrier coatings for the treatment of cellulosic substrates for the packaging industry.
This ISO 9001:2015 standard means all our processes are dedicated to fulfilling two complementary objectives:
- Reaching an optimal level of client satisfaction;
- Continuously improving our quality management system.
