If you are pilot or technician on the floor, or just looking for an overview of the system, we recommend you start with Level 1 (Bronze certification). If you want to deepen your familiarity with the system and master advanced tools, opt for our Maintenance Tracking training, starting with Level 1 (Bronze certification). If you are a Director of Maintenance, or do maintenance planning and budgeting, we recommend you do, in order, all three levels of Maintenance Tracking (MTS) training (Bronze through Gold certification). If you are a parts or inventory manager, however, we recommend you do all three levels of Inventory Manager (INV) training (Bronze through Gold certification). Eric Hinson, Customer Training Manager
Eric Hinson served in the US Navy retiring after 20 years, working as a jet/rotary aircraft electrician, Maintenance/ Material Manager, Wing Program Manager and Maintenance Control Supervisor, before joining JSSI Traxxall in 2018.
Jim Cook, Customer Training Manager
Jim began his 28-year career in the US Navy as an avionics technician. His reputation as a meticulous maintenance manager eventually earned him a commission in charge of managing maintenance and logistical support processes. He also worked with SkyBOOKS, INC a Textron Company and Sikorsky Aerospace Services as a Logistics Field Service Representative.
Rick Padgett, Customer Training Manager
Rick has been working for over 30 years in the retail, manufacturing and distribution industries developing and implementing operational processes. Prior to joining JSSI Traxxall, Rick was the Vice President of Operations for a leading manufacturer and distributor of survival products.
Carlos Wantland, Customer Training Manager
Carlos Wantland has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. Before joining JSSI, Carlos was Customer Service Manager at ITP Aero. He is also a licensed A&P mechanic. He lives in the United States and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Robert Peterson, Customer Training Manager
After leaving the Army, Robert earned an airframe and powerplant (A&P) license, progressing quickly up the ranks to more demanding positions including Chief Inspector and Maintenance Planner. He also worked with other tracking providers where he was responsible for heavy jets as well as the Bombardier Wide Body family, Embraer, Cessna, Sabreliner and helicopters from Airbus. In 2016, Robert joined JSSI Traxxall.
