Product Seeding Agreement and Credit Card Authorization

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purpose of this Transaction

This $1 charge is a verification fee confirming your participation in our product seeding program. You are receiving a product from TrailCo or one of our brand partners in exchange for specific deliverables, such as social media content, photos, videos, or product reviews.

Credit Card Authorization

By submitting payment information and completing checkout, you authorize TrailCo to securely retain your credit card information on file. You grant TrailCo permission to charge your card for the full retail value of the product(s) provided to you if you fail to deliver the agreed-upon content within the timeframe confirmed with our team.

Non-Performance or Breach

Failure to deliver the agreed content or communicate within the timeline constitutes a breach of this agreement. In such a case, TrailCo reserves the right to charge your card without further notice for the full retail value of the product(s) shipped.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Because this program involves tangible goods exchanged for promotional services, refunds or chargebacks are not permitted. Your payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and serves as proof of authorization for any subsequent charges related to non-performance.

Proof of Agreement

Your completed checkout, combined with these published terms and your confirmation at checkout, serves as a binding authorization for TrailCo to hold your credit card on file and charge it in accordance with this agreement.

Acknowledgment

By clicking “Complete Purchase,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and that your credit card may be charged for the retail value of the product(s) if you do not fulfill your content obligations.
