Description
The failures seem to be more frequent on newer hardware and significantly disrupt unrelated PRs. Need to disable these in "make check" context for now:
- TestLibRBD.TestPendingAio
- TestLibRBD.QuiesceWatchError
- TestLibRBD.ConcurrentOperations
- TestMigration.Stress, TestMigration.Stress2, TestMigration.StressLive
