test: disable known flaky tests in run-rbd-unit-tests#67525

The failures seem to be more frequent on newer hardware. In the absence of immediate fixes, disable a few tests that have been known to be flaky for a long time to avoid disrupting "make check" runs. Fixes: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/75163 Signed-off-by: Ilya Dryomov <idryomov@gmail.com>
