Description

Bootstrapping peers is the way to add a mirroring peer. See: https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/dev/cephfs-mirroring/#bootstrap-peers

peer_add is not intuitive and requires the remote cluster ceph configuration file on the local cluster. Let's deprecate peer_add interface and later remove it.
