Locations in admin where custom fields are applicable includes:
- All Post Types
- All Taxonomies
- Pages: Dashboard (Home), Users (Your Profile), Settings (All Pages)
Prerequisites
- PHP >= 5.4
- bonzer-custom-fields/inc directory must be writable
