To subscribe, visit the membership page, choose your plan (monthly or yearly), create your account, and complete payment. Once successful, your access is activated immediately.

We offer:

  • Annual subscription (£55/year – includes 1 month free)

Your membership includes:

  • Full access to premium videos and documentaries
  • Members-only content and updates
  • Access to the members forum/community
  • App access and offline viewing
  • Exclusive live sessions and content

Yes. This will be created during your membership signup. You must create an account during checkout. This allows you to log in and access your content securely.

  • Make sure you are logged in
  • Check your payment has been completed
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Clear your browser cache

Currently, there is no free trial. However, the yearly plan gives you 1 month free value. You can also sign up for a 7 day trial for £1.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Account / Subscriptions
  3. Click on the 3 Dots next to your subscription.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription

Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

No. Once cancelled, no future payments will be taken. You will still have access until the current billing period ends.

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa) via your account dashboard.

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email. Follow this link: RESET PASSWORD

If payment fails:

  • Your subscription may remain inactive or expire
  • You can retry payment via your account
  • Ensure your card details are correct

Yes. If available, you can enter your coupon code at checkout before completing payment.

New content is added regularly, including:

  • Exclusive series

Once logged in, members-only content will automatically unlock across the site. Click the Watch link in the menu.

We no longer offer the option for member move. This was an old service to bring members across to our new platform. All member accounts have now been moved across.

This may happen due to:

  • Session timeout
  • Security settings
  • Browser cookies being cleared

Simply log in again to continue.
